Chicago, IL - On April 20, New Home Star hosted its national call night, where team members were challenged to set as many appointments as possible with past prospects and earn Google reviews from their buyers. New Home Star’s Corporate team planned a wild-west-themed night and sent out custom-curated kits to each division to engage and motivate the national team as they participated in the initiative.
NHS team members were invited to tune into a Zoom live stream hosted by the Corporate Support Office while they ‘dialed for dollars’ via phone calls to their backlog and interest lists. New Home Connect™, the organization’s sales enablement platform, served as the hub where all attendees could follow along with the festivities and log their appointments and reviews in real time.
“The determination and drive displayed by our national team were incredible to witness for this edition of our Teleblitz competition,” says New Home Star VP of Organizational Development, Keith McKinney. “This was the perfect opportunity to continue building off of the momentum that the spring selling season provides in an engaging format, and their performance exceeded our expectations!”
With 633 collective appointments and Google reviews received, the team surpassed their national goal of 500. New Home Star plans to continue hosting the National Teleblitz events each year as a way to increase engagement, strengthen its unique culture, and support each team member on their career journey.
