National sales contest had over 250 Sales Associates fighting to make it to Cancun, Mexico.
Chicago, IL - New Home Star just finished a sales contest unlike any before! The Cancun 500 contest challenged Sales Associates across the nation to sell 500 homes within the 31 days of May. If achieved, the result would lead the entire organization to an exclusive trip to attend a Sales Rally in Cancun, Mexico! The Sales Rally serves as an extensive training retreat that will incorporate competitions to recognize the top agents in the organization and foster company-wide bonding experiences.
This sales contest has proven to be a monumental moment in New Home Star history. Not only did the organization hit a new record in performance, but the results achieved exceeded the targeted goal by over 50 homes!
Though the goal was reached and then some, the start of the contest was a bit rocky for the agents in the field. While being over 80 homes behind pace and only ten days left to go, the contest seemed out of reach. However, an emergency national Teleblitz event was hosted to regain ground on the 500 net sales goal. The two-hour telethon resulted in 447 appointments made from previously exhausted leads. “Our Teleblitz definitely sparked the fire that ignited the final days of the contest,” says company Founder David Rice. “I’ve never seen our agents rally together as much as they did before this; the drive in our company and our people was truly something special to see!”
The entirety of the contest has produced outstanding results, and because of that all of New Home Star is headed to Cancun! “Sales are at an all-time high, and so are everyone’s emotions,” says Marketing Manager Chris Laskowski. “This will be the trip of a lifetime. I can’t wait to see our agents rewarded for their hard work and to celebrate this amazing accomplishment!”
