New Home Connect to Feature Major Update in New Year

By Star Report 2 min read

Chicago, IL -- New Home Connect, the cutting edge technology platform developed by New Home Star, is set to release brand new sales training content, an enhanced selection of marketing tools and other management resources proven to increase traffic within the competitive new home sales market. The virtual management platform, introduced at the 2014 International Builder's Show as a complementary asset to New Home Star's sales training processes, is set to launch its update on Jan. 5, 2016. Created solely for the homebuilding industry, New Home Connect has come to manage operations for over 500 sales agents across the country and an annual $2.4 billion in new home sales. This will be the fourth update in the platform's history since its inception in 2014.

"This version simplifies our operations and provides new content from the top minds within our company," says New Home Star Project Manager Chris Laskowski, who has played a large role in the strategy of the platform. "We've also completely redefined the Ops Cycle, which is New Home Connect's centerpiece. This allows sales associates to transform into business professionals because of our top-notch resources." The Ops Cycleâ„¢, an innovative roadmap set to help sales agents achieve sales goals, is inclusive of four training processes: The Asset 180â„¢ which guides sales associates through a thorough study of their product, community, builder and area; a Competition Study which analyzes similar communities and resale markets; a SWOT Analysis which focuses on a community's strengths and weaknesses; and On-Target Marketing which enables sales associates to concretely articulate their product's unique selling points and value, as well as identify their primary consumer group.

In addition to the redesigned Ops Cycleâ„¢, the new update will feature 17 new peer learning discussion groups, hundreds of updated Sales Associate Marketing Initiative (SAMI) bundles, updated resources for sales training and a revamped navigational interface. New Home Connect offers modernized solutions to market challenges such as interest rate fluctuation, buyer objection and local competition. The virtual management platform specializes in offering real-time insight on sales and marketing activities, an innovative marketing curriculum, personal performance tracking and assistance in building a successful sales team.
