IBS 2015: Discover BEST & A Revolutionary Backdraft System

The International Builders' Show features some of the latest and greatest in all types of technology, including products that create a state of the art kitchen. We spoke with BEST, a Nortek Company, that designs products influenced by Italian culture. This year, they are highlighting their Cattura range hoods. These downdraft system range hoods are unique and bring a different element to the idea of cooking because they are 35% quieter than the average downdraft. This means that if you are still cooking while guests are around or simply cooling down your kitchen after cooking, noise will be minimal and talking won't be drowned out by loud exhaust fans. The Cattura backdraft system is a revolutionary change to range hoods and will be available in late Summer 2015.
