Maronda Homes is a private builder that has been operating for more than 40 years and builds homes in Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky, Georgia, and Florida. Their production mindset, which includes minimal customization and personalization, allows them to build homes at a rapid pace with low cost and high value. Their entire annual business makes them one of the largest builders in America.

In late 2014, Maronda partnered with New Home Star in a strategic outsource pilot for their Melbourne, Florida Division. Through the continued success, new Divisions were added until sales operations for all five in the state of Florida came under New Home Star management.
